Account Sales Rep

Drive assigned routes to deliver draft and package products, build relationships with business owners, and execute marketing programs including retailer entertainment and consumer sampling. Sell new brands and packages while maintaining inventory levels, restocking coolers, and managing Point-of-Sale materials at each retailer. Negotiate materials updates, train Sales Assistants, and ensure product freshness standards are met throughout the route. Maintain a clean driving record, attend safety training, and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 162lbs and pushing/pulling items. Work weekends, nights, and holidays as required to meet sales targets and distribution goals.
