Account Sales Manager

Outside sales of product inventory for Red Bull Canada Distribution accounts with a defined route, increasing sales and product placement in stores. Upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays while servicing customers according to Red Bull execution standards. The role is salaried and eligible for a commission target on top of base pay. Responsibilities include managing accounts, determining product needs, increasing sales, ensuring equipment is clean and in good order, performing outside sales functions, meeting monthly goals across sales, distribution, pricing, displays, and new account setup, and building the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and in-store branding. Must collaborate across the organization, maintain customer relationships, hold a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and communicate in English (additional languages are a plus). The anticipated base salary range is provided, with potential discretionary bonuses depending on role and incentives.
