Job Summary
Outside sales of product inventory to assigned Red Bull Distribution Company accounts; increase product sales and placement of product displays; upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays; service all customers in a safe and productive manner following Red Bull execution standards. Manage products and relationships with customer contacts at assigned RBDC accounts; determine current and ongoing product needs and look for ways to increase sales; ensure equipment is clean and in good working order; perform outside sales functions. Evaluate competitors’ activities, meet monthly sales and merchandising goals (sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup); build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation for fresh product and correct brand flow; increase inventory and diversity of products at each assigned account and improve in-store branding. Collaborate across the organization, contribute as a leader among peers, maintain relationships with customer contacts, and comply with related safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid US Driver’s License
- DOT Medical card
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience in sales, account management and DSD a plus
- English; additional languages an advantage
