Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for devising and implementing strategic account plans for a key strategic account in the Semiconductor capital equipment space; drive revenue growth, nurture customer trust, and manage long-term partnerships across customer organizations; lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, liaise between customer technical leaders and Applied Materials BU/R&D leaders, and negotiate terms while protecting company interests. The role requires building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, managing escalations, and advocating technology roadmap enhancements to support product lines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field
- Minimum 5 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or similar high-tech industry
- Preferred experience 10+ years in Applications or Process Engineering, Product Marketing, Business Management, or Account Management in Semiconductor industry or similar high-tech industry
