Job Summary
Own customer accounts and work proactively to keep them current by analyzing activity and determining appropriate solutions. Communicate with customers, references, and landlords to collect and process payments accurately in-store and in the field. Maintain accurate documentation, manage field visits professionally, and resolve concerns while protecting company standards. Meet and exceed performance goals related to collections and retention. Full-time 40-hour week with Monday–Friday 10am–7pm and Saturday 10am–6pm; Sunday closed. Valid driver's license, local travel, and ability to lift 25 lbs required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
- Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required)
- Sunday: Closed
