Job Summary

Responsibilities include data gathering and analysis, preparation of reports and audits, maintaining complete documentation in AMS360, coordinating policy changes and servicing needs, supporting agency growth through retention and expanded coverage, presenting multiple quote options, and ensuring compliance with carrier and agency guidelines. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, the ability to analyze policies and explain insurance concepts, and hybrid in-office/remote work with a Tampa, FL base; preferred undergraduate degree and active P&C licenses. The position involves collaboration on renewal reviews, cross-sell campaigns, and providing guidance on coverage changes while adhering to federal and state financial regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in P&C insurance service, sales, or account management
- Active 4-40, 2-20, or equivalent state insurance license
