Job Summary
Account Resolution Specialist- Revenue Integrity role responsible for supporting accurate billing and revenue capture by reviewing patient encounters, charges, and documentation in the patient accounting system; works daily from assigned work queues to research issues, correct account data, and ensure encounters are complete and ready for billing; aims to reduce billing delays and errors by identifying problems, correcting information, and communicating with billing and clinical teams as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years experience of hospital or professional billing years required
- Medical terminology experience required
