Job Summary
Account Representative for Worth Finance Corporation in the McAllen, TX call center. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts by creating, updating, and maintaining records; handling inquiries about balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns; working with customers to collect past due balances; identifying loan options based on customer eligibility and history; gathering information to open new accounts; supporting monthly performance goals through collections and inbound/outbound calls; delivering excellent customer service; and collaborating with branch teammates to ensure complete customer files.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail with handling customer information
