Job Summary
Account Representative in the Billing Department to support U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations by preparing clean claims, following payer guidelines, and resolving claim issues (denials, discrepancies, and appeals). The role requires familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding concepts, compliance with HIPAA, and effective communication with payers, clients, and patients. The position is full-time with night shifts (17:00-02:00), Sunday to Thursday, located in Yerevan, Armenia, and emphasizes documenting and reporting activities, collaboration with teammates, and supporting process improvements in a compliance-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
- Entry-level candidates welcome; comprehensive training provided
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent time, task, and resource management
- Clear verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- Fluency in English and Russian (verbal and written)
- No criminal background
