Job Summary
Account Associate in Veolia's Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division supporting Account Managers for a refinery client in Great Falls, MT. Responsibilities include assisting in analyzing and optimizing chemical treatment programs (Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications), conducting testing and data analysis, writing technical reports, participating in business reviews and proposal development, and learning consultative selling techniques. The role emphasizes field training in industrial environments, safety compliance per EHS policies, and developing commercial skills through the Account Management Excellence Program. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant sciences/engineering field, 2+ years of industrial experience, strong communication and analytical abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to travel—with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical) preferred; 2+ years of experience in industrial environment; affinity for customer-facing or sales environments; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
