Job Summary

Account Representative for Warranty and Repair responsible for maintaining positive relationships with Builder/homeowner accounts to meet warranty, contractual, or customer service needs. Maintains frequent communication with external customers in the field and internal customers in the office, with strong admin precision and timely follow-up. Reads builder specifications, handles data entry, data management, and multi-tasking across flooring-specific software platforms. Responds to warranty concerns, coordinates repairs, tracks orders for accuracy, costing and billing, and provides feedback to resolve discrepancies and prevent order-processing errors. Requires strong organizational, customer service, and administrative skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
