Account Representative

Job Summary
Manage the assigned account by developing strategic approaches to capture new business, creating financially viable proposals, and enhancing profitability by identifying opportunities outside existing agreements. Provide price and delivery quotes within customer timelines by collaborating with product managers and manufacturers, while continuously building product knowledge to communicate TTI's value proposition. Prepare sales forecasts and activity reports to provide management insights on performance and territory trends. Participate in sales calls with Strategic Account Managers and Field Sales Representatives to develop relationships and trust with customers. Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to the TTI Total Quality process to reduce sales errors.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good telephone etiquette
- Ability to write routine business correspondence
- High level of commitment to personally getting things done
- Ability to recognize and understand customers' needs and deliver in a manner that exceeds customers' expectations
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals outside their work group
- Ability to identify the needs and motives of both parties involved and work toward mutually beneficial agreements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people inside and outside of the organization
