Job Summary
Account Representative to build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate shipping with the warehouse manager and track material delivery schedules, and manage customer accounts while serving as liaison between clients, vendors, and Techline. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, relaying requirements to Techline staff, resolving issues, negotiating pricing and delivery details, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth in a fast-paced office environment. Requires sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work legally in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year (1) sales-based work experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in engineering-based, industrial distribution, or applicable field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
