Job Summary
Account Representative responsible for delivering customer service, resolving issues, and driving proactive collections to support sales and relationship-building at an automotive buy-here-pay-here retailer. Must communicate effectively, handle customer inquiries, prioritize tasks, and remain composed in challenging situations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of customer service or collections experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Work hours are Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm and Saturday 9 am–4 pm with no Sunday retail hours.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (minimal moving violations in the last three years)
