Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market relevant products and services. Establish relationships with clients, follow up as needed, and provide prompt service for inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Promote successful, long-lasting customer relations while acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This remote role supports Troy Sayer State Farm's mission to protect Alaskan families and guide them through life changes.
