Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Provide information about insurance products and services, assist customers with policy applications and renewals, and handle customer inquiries with timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions while acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This role involves proactively marketing relevant products and services to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations. A Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License is required, with experience in customer service or sales preferred.
