Job Summary
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market insurance and financial services products. Establish and maintain customer relationships by following up as needed and providing prompt service for inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments to grow the business through meaningful customer relations. Requires a Property & Casualty license and sales experience.
