Job Summary
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market insurance and financial services products to meet customer needs. Establish relationships with clients, follow up as required, and provide prompt service for inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing. Maintain long-lasting customer relations while acting as a liaison between client needs and agency departments. Requires a Property & Casualty license and sales experience.
