Job Summary
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to proactively market insurance products and services. Establish and maintain customer relationships by following up as needed and providing prompt, accurate service regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Drive long-lasting customer relations while acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments to help grow the local agency.
