Job Summary
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market insurance and financial products. Establish relationships with clients, follow up as needed, and provide prompt service for inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing. Promote long-lasting customer relations while acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Requires a Property & Casualty license and sales experience.
