Job Summary
Account Representative at State Farm agent team, responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing products and services to maximize value. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintain a strong work ethic, and collaborate with the agency team to foster long-lasting customer relations. Requires knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses; licensing reimbursement is provided after 3 months. Position includes salary plus commission/bonus and benefits, with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses
- Licensing reimbursement after 3 months
- Signing bonus for pre-licensed professionals
