Provide information about insurance products and services, assist customers with policy applications and renewals, and handle customer inquiries with timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions while acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Proactively market relevant products and services to grow the Audra Jackson Agency and improve customer lives.
