Job Summary
Manage an established portfolio of Builders, Trade, and Organisations customers through regular phone and digital engagement across New Zealand. Build strong relationships, identify opportunities to strengthen existing accounts, and generate new business by understanding customer needs and providing practical solutions. Work closely with Store and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while handling enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups within CRM systems. Provide sales updates and forecasts to support business planning and performance against key measures. This role is based in Rotorua and BOP, offering a pathway for career growth within a collaborative Commercial Sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer information
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to identify customer needs and provide practical solutions
- A proactive and results-focused approach
- A commitment to teamwork, integrity and delivering great customer outcomes
- Age 15 or over
