Job Summary
Receive, process, and schedule all new flooring installs for assigned builder accounts by deciphering customer design selections and reconciling purchase orders. Provide accurate key work orders with install-related products, labor, and notes to flooring installers while maintaining open order reports weekly. Manage heavy internal and external communication to facilitate installs for homes under construction, ensuring timely responses and constant re-prioritization of task lists. Access and organize online portals as required by customers.
