Job Summary
Account Representative responsible for growing a book of business through new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts, building long-term client relationships. Generate new business through networking, cold calling, and prospecting activities; manage and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities and increasing revenue; deliver sales presentations, prepare customized quotes, and support customer needs including troubleshooting. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience; customer-facing role with potential for growth and advancement.
