They deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members, build strong relationships to retain members, answer membership questions, resolve concerns, and ensure members and guests feel welcomed. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years related sales and customer service are required
- Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness industry is an asset
