Job Summary
Manage assigned existing accounts to create strategic plans that enhance reseller go-to-market growth and initiatives. Generate revenue, drive profit, and advance market-share by positioning and selling Ingram's products, programs, and services. Maintain contact with accounts at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship. Focus on account support within territory that are of significant strategic importance to the long-term success of the organization. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, tactical selling abilities to identify opportunities and close deals, and the capacity to handle large quantities of information with accuracy. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, problem-solving agility, and the ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred, along with at least two years of sales or customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum of two years previous sales/customer service experience (preferably in a related industry) or one year of technology or distribution experience in a sales, support, or customer service capacity
- Possess excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Selling skills necessary to identify opportunities, position solutions, and close deals
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility
- Moderate knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to: work as a team member, partner effectively with others, multi-task, respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency, prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision
- Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Ability to travel when requested
- Please be prepared to pass a drug test and successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check
