Job Summary
Account Representative II responsible for expanding the customer base by converting competitors' clients and growing assigned mid-size accounts into large ones. Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing contact and expectation management. Generate new sales opportunities via networking, cold calls, and online research. Interact in person with clients to build strong relationships, understand complex requirements for customized quotes, deliver effective sales presentations, and ensure technical requirements are met. Assist in on-site resolution of technical issues and collaborate with supplier resources to support sales. Drive revenue and profitability through new business development and ongoing account development. Location-based in Saltillo, Mexico with travel availability.
Required Qualifications
- Licenciatura
- 3-5 años de experiencia o combinación equivalente
- Bilingüe: español/inglés
- Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado
- Disponibilidad de viajar
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Conocimiento de ventas y prácticas de ventas
- Capacidad para influir en clientes y mantener relaciones
- Capacidad para trabajar con dirección limitada
- Habilidad para multitarea y gestionar tiempo
- Conocimiento de Microsoft Office
- Conocimiento de productos industriales (transmisión de potencia, hidráulicos, neumáticos)
- Licencia de conducir vigente
