Account Representative

Account Representative I responsible for expanding their book of business by converting competitors' business and growing medium-sized accounts into large accounts; builds customer relationships, manages expectations, and generates new leads through networking and cold calling. Delivers technical and pricing quotes, conducts on-site troubleshooting, coordinates vendor resources, and presents solutions to meet customer needs. Requires understanding of industrial products (power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic), strong communication skills, ability to travel, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
