Job Summary
Manage collections and sales by effectively communicating with customers to drive proactive collections and maintain lasting professional relationships. Resolve customer issues while adjusting tasks based on business needs, ensuring composure in challenging situations. Work Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, with no Sunday or late-night retail hours. Earn competitive compensation including a base hourly rate and performance-based incentives tied to collection success and sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service or collections experience
- Proficient with computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean record (minimal moving violations in the last three years)
