Job Summary
Manage an established portfolio of Builders, Trade, and Organisations customers through regular phone and digital engagement. Build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide practical solutions to support customer goals. Work closely with Store and Commercial teams to deliver positive outcomes, while handling enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Maintain accurate customer information and provide sales updates to support business planning. Deliver against key performance measures to contribute to sales growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer information
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to identify customer needs and provide practical solutions
- A proactive and results-focused approach
- A commitment to teamwork, integrity and delivering great customer outcomes
- You must be age 15 or over to apply for a role at Bunnings
