Job Summary
Handle customer calls to place orders for the company's entire line of products and develop formal quotes in response to inquiries. Utilize the mainframe computer system to input data, manage pricing and expediting, and schedule deliveries. Process returns, credits, and adjustments while purchasing products and services as needed. Solve difficult customer concerns using tact and good judgment. Requires inside sales or customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and a Bachelor's degree. Works Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm in an office environment with occasional warehouse exposure.
