Account Representative

Accept incoming calls to collect payments from customers and place outbound calls for collections purposes. Make payment arrangements with clients while documenting all interactions and updating collection records. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and address customer concerns, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to collections. This full-time role includes a monthly bonus plan starting the month following your start date, with eligibility for up to $1300 in additional compensation.
