Job Summary
Account Representative supports Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives in driving sales growth within the biopharma market, focusing on tubing, hose, and single-use systems. Responsibilities include managing quotations, pricing, and order fulfillment; preparing and processing customer orders aligned with production timelines; collaborating with sales, customer service, and production teams to ensure smooth workflows; identifying opportunities for account growth and helping with forecasting and analysis; upselling and cross-selling products to meet client needs; serving as a point of contact for product availability, order status, lead times, and technical information; maintaining accurate CRM data, generating reports, and providing insights to support sales performance and forecasting; coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely manufacturing and delivery of orders and to relay customer feedback to R&D for tailored solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Business degree or similar major preferred
- 3+ years experience in Biopharma Inside Sales preferred
- willingness to travel up to 20%
