Job Summary
Obtain field samples for laboratory analysis and perform field analysis within established parameters. Assist Account Managers in delivering chemical and mechanical solutions to customers while reducing their lifting costs. Create monthly reports capturing cost, lab analysis, and failures. Attend customer meetings to exchange information and report performance. Troubleshoot production chemical-related problems on customer sites and manage chemical inventory in coordination with the regional Operations team. Maintain continuous injection rates at optimum levels. Work outdoors 90% of the time in various weather conditions, requiring agility, lifting, and dexterity. Possess one or more years of production chemical industry experience and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of production chemical industry experience
- Ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and terrains (90% of working time)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position
Desired Qualifications
