Job Summary
The Account Relationship Representative supports the outside sales team by handling customer inquiries, managing vendor-managed inventory programs at customer sites, and operating inventory systems. Responsibilities include responding to customer issues, collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities and meet monthly goals, processing quotes and orders in Prophet 21 (ERP), driving add-on sales, coordinating with vendors and Product Management, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking, labeling, and compliance with safety guidelines. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2–3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation
