Job Summary
Account Relationship Representative for a leading industrial distributor in the San Diego area (El Cajon, CA). Serves as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, focusing on growing the existing partnership, managing vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs, inventory tracking, and coordinating with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include processing quotes and orders through ERP, maintaining records, and identifying opportunities for additional business within existing accounts. Requires 2–3 years in inside sales, customer service, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain, with strong Excel and analytical skills and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Comfortable handling quotes, order management, and customer communication
- ERP system experience preferred
