Job Summary
Account Relationship Manager responsible for communicating Keystone’s value to customers and ensuring delivery and realization of benefits. Serves as primary resource for customers on current and future technologies via Keystone’s Elite AGx and Connect platform. Responsibilities include gaining insight into customer initiatives, tailoring offerings to goals, developing and reviewing a Customer Account Plan with Sales Lead and Operations, detailing and positioning Keystone products during on-farm calls, calls, texts and other formats, achieving sales volumes and margins, maintaining account records, liaising with Location Manager and Operations, collaborating with decision makers across Grain, Agronomy, Energy and Swine & Animal Nutrition, providing customer service and resolving issues, and traveling as needed. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, organization, ability to learn diverse product portfolios, and proficiency with MS Office. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in an agricultural-related field or equivalent experience; 1-3 years ag sales experience; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant ag sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in an agricultural-related field preferred; or a combination of education and/or experience
