Job Summary
Account Recovery Specialist coordinates and performs activities in self-pay receivable recovery, executing advanced telephone collections and collection correspondence. Responsibilities include monitoring and reconciling reports and establishing payment arrangements with patients, with additional duties as assigned. Candidate should have solid experience in debt collections, healthcare billing exposure is a plus, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage delinquent accounts and support revenue cycle processes.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Experience: Previous debt collections or direct marketing sales experience preferred
