Account Receivables (AR) / O2C Specialist

Generate accurate and timely customer invoices based on sales contracts while ensuring compliance with tax requirements like SST and VAT. Process incoming payments from various sources, apply them to customer accounts, and resolve misapplied receipts. Proactively follow up on overdue accounts to reduce aged debt, handle billing disputes, and maintain relationships with internal and external teams. Perform credit checks, set limits, and support credit hold/release decisions for high-risk accounts. Prepare AR aging reports, cash forecasts, and DSO tracking to support audit requests and internal controls compliance. Requires 4–7 years of experience in AR or O2C roles with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. Salary range MYR 7,000–10,000.
