Job Summary
Monitor accounts with outstanding balances, conduct daily customer communications to resolve payment issues, and record updates on the AR platform. Review payment records for precision, generate statement reports for customers, and forecast weekly and monthly payments. Collaborate with Revenue Operations on deals and contracts, analyze billing data to prevent inaccurate invoices, and provide recommendations for collections or write-offs. Make adjustments to customer accounts while ensuring accurate tax regulation application. Forecast payments on a monthly and weekly basis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar field
- Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable work experience
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and softwares (Ex: NetSuite, Salesforce)
- Process oriented, excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Tech industry
- Being introduced by an AppsFlyer employee
- Proficiency in NetSuite - preferred
- Multi-lingual - preferred
- Experience with the SEA market - Preferred
