Job Summary
Accounts Receivable role focused on processing and posting customer payments, generating and submitting invoices, maintaining customer records, drafting correspondence for past-due accounts, and supporting monthly AR reconciliation and billing statements. The position requires strong verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Based in Anaheim, CA with an in-person, on-site arrangement.
Required Qualifications
