Job Summary
Provide budgets for crews, monitor timesheets and equipment inventory, and write progress reports. Serve as the main field contact for clients, maintain onsite relations, and meet monthly sales goals for enhancements. Assemble proposals for potential customers and acquire information needed to estimate new sales. Utilize BOSS LM for scheduling and tracking job issues while promoting teamwork. Maintain excellent communications with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Required Qualifications
- min, 2 yr college degree
- min of 2yr exp. In related field OR a combination
- previous supervisory experience
- valid NC Driver's license
- maintain a good driving record
- CDL
- NC Pesticide applicators license
- good communication skills
- ability to motivate others
- comply with Bland's policies and procedures
- practice safety with chemicals and all equipment
- wear company-provided uniforms
- use personal protective equipment as needed
- lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis
- bend and stoop on a continual basis
- work outside in all weather conditions
- work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns and other environmental risks
