Job Summary
Account Processing Specialist responsible for administering Capital Credits, Billing, Remittance, and other member-related programs. Handles allocations, retirements, escheat funds coordination with Texas State Comptroller’s Office, reviews Board petitions, manages estate and payout calculations, handles inquiries, processes payments and files with banks/lockbox, reconciles payment files, collaborates with other departments, generates statistical/financial reports for leadership and Board, and supports data interfaces with Meter Data Management and billing systems. Requires knowledge of accounting/billing procedures, customer service, and ability to manage multiple priorities; Associate’s degree and four years of customer service experience are required. Hybrid work option available.
