Job Summary
OpenMind by WPP is seeking a Planning Executive to join the planning team and support the delivery of media planning across channels. Responsibilities include developing a baseline of media planning knowledge, learning DE+I planning and carbon-conscious media, using media systems and tools (including TGI, Pathmatics, Architect, AdIntel), running and analysing reports (competitive, audience insights), and supporting campaign management tasks such as updating schematics, providing media plans to clients, and coordinating with activation teams. The role also involves handling financial processes (PO trackers, bookings, reconciliations), preparing internal and client status updates, and coordinating regular meetings with clients and creative agencies. Strong communication skills, curiosity about media trends, and the ability to learn new tools are valued. Required Qualifications
- Experience in media or advertising planning preferred
- Basic understanding of MS Office – PowerPoint and Excel
