Job Summary
Conduct work order hygiene by keeping records accurate and identifying patterns behind bad data to address root causes. Unblock coordinators by escalating stalled issues with vendors or uncooperative sites until obstacles are cleared. Monitor PM compliance and usefulness by site to diagnose underperformance, create action plans, and drive recovery. Partner directly with customer Fleet Managers on scheduling and unit availability while collaborating with the vendor management team on performance issues. Manage ambiguity by diagnosing problems without tickets and building relationships across teams and the vendor network.
