Job Summary
The role focuses on daily accounting activities with emphasis on Accounts Receivable and customer service. Responsibilities include processing credit card payments, resolving online payment issues via Bill Trust, applying payments to customer accounts, handling unapplied payments with AP/AR, settling COD and other outstanding payments, addressing inquiries related to payments, collections, and billing, managing inbound calls/emails, processing customer billing and payments, supporting collections to minimize DSO, maintaining data confidentiality, contributing to the Quality System, complying with policies, and supporting operational improvement initiatives. Requires a technologist or professional degree in business administration/finance or related field, 1-2 years of experience (call center or customer service experience preferred), proficiency in MS Excel, and English proficiency at B2+ or C1.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background: Technologist or Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
- Call center or related experience preferred
- Finance/Accounting experience preferred
- Intermediate MS Excel
- English level B2+ or C1 with strong verbal and written communication skills
