Job Summary
Senior-level Account Partner Director responsible for commercial orchestration and end-to-end go-to-market strategies to build 7- to 8-figure proposals in partnership with cross-functional teams (License Sales, Product, Services) to accelerate customer value. Manages Digital Transformation roadmaps and operating models, closes complex services pursuits, and serves as a high-level advisor to C-suite stakeholders (e.g., CIO, CFO). Drives account strategy and growth, self-originates high-value opportunities, and leads executive-level client engagements across Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, with travel 25-50% and a focus on aligning business outcomes with ROI and Salesforce capabilities. Implementations include leading with indirect authority across matrixed teams and shaping strategic services programs tied to CRM/AI/Data investments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience leading technology transformation programs at Fortune 500 companies
- 6+ years of management or internal consulting experience leading large strategic programs
- 5+ years of experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing staff
- Significant experience managing C-suite customer relationships and executive objection handling
- Travel is an integral part of this role (25-50%)
- Strong academic credentials - bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
