Job Summary
As an Account Optimization Manager at HBX Group, you will manage and optimize the performance of a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability. Responsibilities include analyzing account performance trends, developing data-driven action plans, and maintaining strong commercial relationships with partners. Successful candidates will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and 2+ years of relevant experience preferably in the Travel, Hospitality, or E-commerce sectors. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

- Comfortable using digital tools and reporting systems
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Optimization, Revenue Management, Business Analysis or similar roles
- Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SalesForce)
- Advanced English
