Job Summary
Coordinate account SLAs and serve as the primary liaison for auction vendors and clients, engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, upsell CAI products, and ensure mutually beneficial sales proceeds. Review sale lineup vehicles to locate missing units and coordinate reconditioning services with the client team, while conducting condition reports and imaging audits to reduce policy loss and goodwill expenses. Monitor vehicle reconditioning processes, communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time parking, and educate clients on company products and services. Maintain a foundational understanding of auction methodologies including vehicle inspection processes and condition report data. Work outdoors 85% of the time in moderate noise levels, following all safety procedures and health protocols. Requires a valid driver's license, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to operate vehicles with standard or automatic transmission.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years' experience in a related field
- any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline
- 5 years' experience in a related field
- Safe drivers
- valid driver's license
- clear a pre-employment drug test
- currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience vehicle reconditioning and or general auto body knowledge
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmission
